Your privacy is important to us.  All information collected is used only by our team for the purpose of processing your order.  We will never give or sell your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.  Your details are protected.

Payment details are private, and only held by PayPal processing the sale on our behalf.


All pricing of products and for shipping on our website will appear in Australia dollars.  Pricing may be subject to change without notice.  Prices include GST.

With PayPal, you can make payments quickly, easily and more securely.  Your bank, credit card and personal details are never shared.  PayPal helps prevent fraud and offers protection against unauthorised transactions.


Free Shipping AUSTRALIA wide on orders over $50.00 AUD

For shipping of orders under $50.00 AUD within Australia, a flat rate charge of $7.00 AUD will apply.

All items are sent using a trackable service via Australia Post.  Depending on your location, delivery time ranges from 2-5 days up to 7 days in some regional areas.

All purchases will be shipped from our premises within 2-4 working days of placing and/or receiving payment for the order.  If your order is placed over a weekend or national public holiday, delays may be experienced.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from LYXO Australia that your purchase is on its way!

We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.

We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances, which may cause your delivery to be late or lost.  These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.

As we endeavour to ship purchases as soon as possible after an order/payment is received, the cancellation of an order can only be accepted if we receive written notice of your intention and before the item/s have been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order.


Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for change of mind.

If your product has a fault, we will happily replace the item.  Please email us to discuss.

Please note that we do not offer replacement or exchange on hair bands / hair bracelets that have been used or worn.
