We choose to use PayPal for your security.

With PayPal, you can make payments quickly, easily and more securely.  Your bank, credit card and personal details are never shared.  PayPal helps prevent fraud and offers protection against unauthorised transactions.

You can also direct deposit into our bank account.  Please note that orders will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.  This may take 2-3 days depending on your bank.  Please use your order number as your reference so we know who we have received payment from.


FREE SHIPPING is offered to retail orders made through this website to Australian postal addresses, using Australia Posts delivery service taking approximately 2-5 working days and up to 7-10 days to regional areas.

All purchases will be shipped from our premises within 3 (three) working days of placing and/or receiving payment for the order.  If your order is placed over a weekend or national public holiday, delays may be experienced.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from LYXO Australia that your purchase is on its way!

We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.

We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances, which may cause your delivery to be late or lost.  These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.

As we endeavour to ship purchases as soon as possible after an order/payment is received, the cancellation of an order can only be accepted if we receive written notice of your intention and before the item/s have been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order.
